BOOKING FAQS

Clients must pay a 50% advance deposit to secure hotels, flights, transportation, permits, and guides.

The remaining 50% balance is paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before trip departure.

For Tibet and Bhutan, 50% advance is mandatory due to special permits.

Inside Nepal

• Cancellation ?48 hours before departure: 40% charge.
• If trip abandoned after starting: no refund.

Tibet & Bhutan

• Cancellation 10 days before departure: 40% charge.

Late bookings may be accepted depending on availability. Additional costs may apply.

Travel insurance is mandatory for trekking and expedition trips.

• High-altitude trekking insurance
• Emergency medical treatment
• Helicopter evacuation
• Trip cancellation coverage
• Personal accident insurance

Rescue coordination is assisted by the company, but costs are covered by client's insurance provider.

If a client leaves a trek due to personal reasons or injury, no refunds are provided for unused services.

Clients must respect Nepalese laws. Company not responsible for legal consequences of unlawful actions.

Itineraries may change due to weather, flight delays, government regulations. Additional services requested may incur extra charges.
