How to Pay

Thank you for choosing MountainMate Treks & Tours Pvt. Ltd.. Please follow the payment instructions below to confirm your adventure.

Booking Confirmation

To confirm your trip, please complete the booking form and send the required deposit:

  • 25% deposit per person for Nepal trips
  • 50% deposit per person for Bhutan and Tibet trips

The deposit is non-refundable but transferable according to our Terms & Conditions.

Remaining Payment

The remaining balance can be paid after your arrival in Nepal.

  • Cash payment
  • Credit Card payment

Our team will assist you at the office to complete the payment process.

Required Documents

  • Passport copy
  • Nepal arrival itinerary or flight ticket

After receiving the documents, we will send your confirmation email, invoice, and final itinerary.
