 About Trip
Annapurna Sanctuary Trekking is a renowned trekking route in Nepal where you can see traditional villages and farmlands, gorgeous forests, unique scenery, and a spectacular perspective of the Himalayas. The Annapurna Sanctuary provides a stunning perspective of the world's tenth tallest peak, Mt. Annapurna (8091m), as well as the spectacular Mount Fishtail (6997m) and other summits in the Annapurna and Gangapurna ranges. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful views you'll ever see (of course if the weather permits).

The first day of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek begins with an uphill hike to scenic Ghandruk hamlet and a visit to the Gurung culture museum. We continue our trip, passing by the spectacular Annapurna South, Hiuchuli, and Mt. Fishtail, before arriving at the last Gurung town, Choomrong, and entering the sanctuary through the Modi Khola valley, passing through lush bamboo and rhododendron jungle. As we enter the valley surrounded by fascinating enormous white snowy stones, our journey will be rewarded by a spectacular change in sceneries from verdant rainforest to barren desert, treeless plain.
