TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Booking & Advance Payment +

To confirm a booking, clients must pay a 50% advance deposit of the total trip cost. This secures hotels, flights, transportation, permits, guides, and other logistics.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before trip departure.

For trips to Tibet and Bhutan, a 50% advance payment is required due to special permits.

2. Cancellation Policy +

Inside Nepal

  • Cancellation at least 48 hours before departure: 40% of total trip cost will be charged.
  • If the trip is abandoned after starting, no refund will be provided.

Tibet & Bhutan Trips

  • Cancellation 10 days before departure: 40% charge.
3. Late Booking +

Late bookings may be accepted depending on availability. Additional costs may apply for last-minute arrangements such as flights, accommodations, or permits.

4. Insurance & Travel Risks +

Travel insurance is mandatory for all trekking and expedition trips.

  • High-altitude trekking insurance
  • Emergency medical treatment
  • Helicopter evacuation
  • Trip cancellation coverage
  • Personal accident insurance

Rescue coordination will be assisted by the company, but all costs must be covered by the client's insurance provider.

5. Incomplete Tours +

If a client voluntarily leaves a trek due to personal reasons, illness, or injury, no refunds will be provided for unused services.

6. Compliance with Local Laws +

Clients must respect the laws and regulations of Nepal. The company is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from unlawful acts by clients.

7. Changes in Cost or Itinerary +

Trip itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, flight delays, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Additional services requested by clients may incur extra charges.

8. Flight Delays or Cancellations +

Flight delays or cancellations caused by airlines or weather are beyond company control. Assistance will be provided for accommodation or alternative travel arrangements when possible.

9. Accommodation +

Treks occur in remote areas where facilities may be limited. Guests are expected to be flexible and understanding.

10. Equipment Responsibility +

Equipment provided temporarily must be returned after the trip. Damaged or lost items must be compensated.

11. Photography & Publicity +

Photos taken may be used for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise.

12. Children Policy +

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

13. Extra Activities +

Activities like drone flying, paragliding, or skiing require government permits. Clients must inform the company beforehand.

14. Booking Modifications +

If clients wish to modify their booking, they must inform the company via email at least 48 hours before departure.

For Bhutan and Tibet trips, modifications must be requested 15 days prior to departure.
