A four-hour journey from Dhangadhi along the Godavari will take you to Dadeldhura (2000 meters). Dadeldhura is well-known for its own culture and traditions. In Dadeldhura, the famed Ugratara shrine, as well as historical sites like Amargadhi Fort and Alital, are the main tourist attractions.

  • Day 02: From Dadeldhura to Jadanga (3828 m). You begin a four-hour trip to Sanfe of Achham after breakfast. Sanfe is a lovely town with excellent hotels and dining options. Two highways lead from here: one to Bajura's Martdai and the other to Achham's district headquarters, Mangalsen. After lunch, you'll go along the BudhiGandaki River on the first road. Jadanga may be reached after a three-hour journey. Jadanga is a tiny community with a health post and a few teahouses.

  • Day 03: From Jadanga to Budha Krodh (2700 m). You begin strolling across magnificent scenery after breakfast. The majority of the trek is uphill. BudhaKrodh, a tiny town with stunning scenery, waterfalls, verdant woods, and whispering streams, is reached after a three-hour trek. Various flora and animal species may be found in the area. The last village on the journey is BudhaKrodh, where we will stay for the day. Beyond BudhaKrodh, this route only leads to buffalo barns.

  • Day 04: Walk from Budha Krodh to Bhito. You resume your trek through the thick woodland after breakfast. Following lunch, the trail ascends to a height of 3,800 meters. At this level, trekkers are susceptible to high altitude sickness. The route then continues across large grasslands brimming with vibrant flowers. After lunch, a 3-hour trek will take you to a location called 'Bhito,' where you will spend the night.
  • Day 05: Walk from Bhito to Triveni (3870 m). After breakfast, the uphill hike begins. On the route, you'll pass through large grasslands, waterfalls, and gurgling streams. We arrive at our today's goal, Triveni, after a five-hour trek. Triveni is a religiously significant location. During big celebrations like Janai Poornima, this tiny space becomes crowded with about 1,500 tents. Early in the morning, people take a holy wash in the local rivers before walking to the Badimalika temple.

  • Day 06:  From Triveni to Badimalika hill (4214 m). Mornings in Triveni are beautiful since you may climb neighboring hills for amazing views of the surrounding region. You will need to bring a packed lunch because there are no tea shops in the region. The route to Badimalika is lined with lovely flora and wildflowers. On the route, pilgrims stop at the Lodibinayak temple to pay their respects to Lord Ganesh. The location provides stunning views of the Badimalika temple and the Triveni River far below.

Pilgrims believe that Goddess Badimalika grants all of their requests. You begin descending toward 'Dhawalpur Lake' after lunch. Some tourists may find the path to be nerve-wracking due to its steepness. However, once you get in DhawalpurLake, you will feel revitalized. It's a lovely spot to spend the night.
Dhawalpur Lake is a stunning lake nestled in a thick forest. Dhawalpur Lake is 500 square meters in size and is at a height of 2,556 meters. Lamagadh is located at an elevation of 2,195 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views over the Bajura region. The district headquarters of Bajura is Silgadhi.
