 Short Itinerary .

  • Day 01 : Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara(830m/2,723ft), Driving Distance: 200km, (5-6 hours).

  • Day 02 : Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul(1 and half hour) and Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,540m/5,052ft), Walking Distance: 9.2km, (4-5hours).

  • Day 03 : Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,874m/9,429ft), Walking Distance: 12.9km, (6-7 hours). 

  • Day 04 : Poon hill hike (3210m/10528ft), and trek to Tadapani (2,710m/8,891ft), Walking Distance: 10.7km, (5-6 hours). 

  • Day 05 : Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk (2,010m/6,595ft), Walking Distance: 6.5km, (3-4 hours). 

  • Day 06 : Trek from Ghandruk to Pokhara (830m/2,723ft), Walking Distance: 8.6km, 5 hrs walk & 1 hrs drive. 

  • Day 07 : Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,265ft), Driving Distance: 200km, (5-6 hours)

 Details Itinerary 

  • Day 01 : Drive  from Kathmandu to Pokhara(823m/2,700ft), 5-6 hrs drive.Today, in the morning our guides will come to pick you up at your hotel and escort you to the bus station to catch an early morning, comfortable tourist bus to Pokhara. The bus will head towards the west of Kathmandu Valley and continue the journey towards the western part of Nepal following the Prithvi Highway along the Trishuli river. The bus will stop twice – one for breakfast and one for lunch and then continue until we reach Pokhara. The evening can be utilized to explore the lake area. The night will be spent at a tourist standard hotel in Pokhara.
     
  • Day 02 : Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,540m/5,052ft). Today is the first day of the trek and our destination is Tikhedhunga. First we drive from Pokhara to Nayapul. On reaching Nayapul, after two hours drive, the luggage is prepared for the porters. After a short pre-trek preparation, we start to walk towards Birethanti following the south bank of the Modi River. In Birethanti, our leader will take care of all the check in formalities at the ACAP office, and then we follow the trail that leads us towards Bhurungdi Khola. Passing Lamdawali, Sudame, Hile, and a few waterfalls we finally reach Tikhedhunga. The night will be spent at a lodge in Tikhedhunga.
     
  • Day 03 : Trek to Ghorepani (2,850m/9,350ft). 5-6 hrs walk After breakfast we prepare for the long uphill and start with steeply ascends on the long stone steps to Ulleri village with the amazing landscape and the Himalayan scenery. We spend a pleasant day's trekking through rhododendron and oak forests. The scenery gives you inner power to climb up these steps and immerse you to walk more. After few hours of walking with several breaks in between reaching at Ghorepani, we can enjoy the fantastic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range.
     
  • Day 04 : Poon hill hike (3210m/10528ft), and trek to Tadapani (2,710m/8,891ft), 6-7 hrs walk. An early morning start for 40 minutes hike up to Poon hill (3210m/10530ft), the route offers the glimpse of the pleasant rhododendron forest. This brilliant viewpoint provides us an unobstructed sunrise over the high Himalayas and the wide range of panoramic scenery from the far western Himalaya of Dolpo, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna including Mt. Machhapuchre (Fish Tail) and all the way to Manasalu. After a great time return back to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue trek to Tadapani for overnight.
     
  • Day 05  : Trek to Ghandruk (1,990m/6,529ft), 3-4 hrs walk. Today, we have short and pleasant walking day through the forested and downhill path most of the way with occasional view of the Mountain leads us through the gradual path most of the way to Ghandrung village for overnight stop. This is heavily settled Gurung village, a modern village of Nepal and explore the surrounding area and simply relax at the hotel.
     
  • Day 06  : Ghandruk to Pokhara (823m/2,700ft), 5 hrs walk & 1 hrs drive. This is our last day walk through the scenic landscapes and local villages to get down to the Syalui bazzar settled in river bank of Modi. The walk is pleasant most of the way following the Modi River until Birethanthi and an easy trek to Nayapul. Our adventure ends here and we drive back to Pokhara for the overnight.
     
  • Day 07 : Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft), 5-6 hrs drive. Early morning drive by tourist bus to Pokhara through the beautiful Nepalese countryside to reach the Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu guide will transfer to the hotel and rest of the time relax or explore the surrounding areas and overnight at hotel.
